The challenge
The firm's website was years old. It took too long to load, looked broken on phones, and gave visitors no clear next step. Good traffic was arriving and leaving without getting in touch.
What was holding them back
- A load time of 6.8 seconds and a poor mobile experience
- A bounce rate of 68% on key landing pages
- Confusing navigation and a buried contact form
- A site structure that search engines struggled to read

Our approach
Discovery and audit
We reviewed the old site's analytics, speed, content and goals, and agreed what a visitor should do on every key page.
Structure and wireframes
We simplified the navigation, mapped each service to its own page, and wireframed clear paths to the contact form.
UI design
We designed a clean, modern look that matched the firm's brand, built for phones first and scaled up to desktop.
Development
We built the site on WordPress with lightweight code, a reusable block system, and a simple editor so the team can update content themselves.
Speed and SEO setup
We compressed images, cut unused code, set up caching, added clean URLs and metadata, and redirected every old page so no search traffic was lost.
Testing and launch
We tested on real devices and browsers, checked every form and link, and launched with analytics and conversion tracking live from day one.
Track and refine
After launch we watched real user behavior and made small improvements to layouts and calls to action each month.
“Our new website feels completely different. It's fast, it looks professional on every device, and the enquiries started coming in within weeks.”
