Our approach
Audit and baseline
We reviewed the restaurant's Google profile, listings, social accounts and ordering channels, and recorded starting numbers for views, calls and orders.
Google Business Profile
We completed every field, added the menu and fresh photos, fixed categories and hours, started weekly posts, and set up a simple process to ask happy diners for reviews and reply to every one.
Platform listings
We made the name, address and phone number consistent across Yelp, TripAdvisor, Apple Maps and Bing, and listed the restaurant on the major delivery platforms with an optimized menu and photos.
Social media
We built a content calendar of dish close-ups, short videos, specials and behind-the-kitchen moments on Instagram and Facebook, with location tags and a direct ordering link.
Paid ads
We ran Google local ads and Meta ads close to the restaurant, promoting lunch deals and weekend specials. From 1 August to 23 October 2026 we invested $8.94K in Google Ads and tracked every click and conversion.
Track and refine
We reviewed results every month and moved budget to the dishes, offers and platforms that produced the most orders.
