From a trickle of orders to a store that sells every day

The challenge

The brand had great products and loyal first-time buyers, but growth had stalled. Most visitors left without buying, ad spend wasn't paying back, and almost no one came back for a second order.

What was holding them back

  • Product and collection pages that didn't rank for what shoppers search
  • An average order value of only $59, with no bundles or upsells
  • Broad, untracked ads with no product feed optimization
  • No email flows, so abandoned carts and past buyers were left unreached

Our approach

  1. Audit and baseline

We reviewed the store's site structure, product pages, ad accounts and email setup, and recorded starting numbers for revenue, conversion rate and return on ad spend.

  2. Product and collection page SEO

We researched buying-intent keywords and rewrote titles, descriptions and headings for key collection and product pages, then fixed internal links and page speed.

  3. Google Shopping feed and ads

We cleaned up the product feed, improved titles and images, and split campaigns by margin so budget went to the products that sold best.

  4. Meta ads and retargeting

We launched prospecting creative for new buyers and retargeting for visitors who viewed products or abandoned their carts.

  5. Email flows

We built welcome, abandoned-cart, post-purchase and win-back flows that brought buyers back without discounting every order.

  6. Track and refine

We reviewed results every month and moved budget and effort to the channels, products and offers that earned the most profit.
