About the Role
SSE is growing its digital marketing function to drive paid lead generation and campaign performance across our client accounts and our own products. You will own paid campaigns end-to-end, driving qualified leads while optimizing for cost-per-lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), and Meta Ads / Facebook Ads
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and call/form tracking tools
- Own campaign budgets, bidding, and cost-per-lead optimization across multiple accounts
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting
- Optimize geo-specific landing pages for local search intent
- Implement UTM tagging and cross-channel attribution to track lead source accuracy
- Monitor lead quality (not just volume) and share feedback with the Business Development team
- Manage multi-account campaign reporting and dashboards (Google Analytics/GA4)
