About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, usability, and reliability of our web and mobile applications.
You will work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues early, improve product quality, and deliver seamless user experiences.
In addition to testing, you will also be responsible for creating and maintaining quality documentation, user manuals, release notes, and other product documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Software Testing
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications.
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, end-to-end (E2E), exploratory, and usability testing.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Identify, reproduce, document, prioritize, and track software defects.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
- Collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, feature reviews, and release validation.
- Ensure applications meet quality, usability, performance, and reliability standards.
- Validate REST APIs using Postman.
- Perform basic database validation using SQL.
- Assist in production release verification.
Documentation
- Create and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Execution Reports, and QA Reports.
- Prepare QA documentation including:
- Test Strategy Documents
- Test Summary Reports
- Defect Reports
- Release Validation Reports
- Quality Checklists
- Create and maintain User Manuals and User Guides.
- Prepare Product Documentation and Feature Documentation.
- Write Release Notes for new releases.
- Maintain Knowledge Base articles and FAQs.
- Document workflows, product behavior, and feature specifications.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC.
- Experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Smoke Testing
- Sanity Testing
- Integration Testing
- Exploratory Testing
- End-to-End Testing
- Usability Testing
- Experience with Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and API testing using Postman.
- Basic SQL knowledge for database validation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
