UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our product design team. You'll own the design process from research to final handoff — creating intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile products across diverse industries.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end UX design — user research, personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
• Design clean, consistent, and accessible interfaces aligned with client brand guidelines
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented with high fidelity
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
• Solid portfolio demonstrating process — not just final visuals
• Good understanding of how web and mobile interfaces are developed
• Clear communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for SaaS products, e-commerce, or fintech
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS) for developer collaboration

What We Offer

• Competitive salary with growth path to Senior / Lead Designer
• Hybrid work model
• Creative freedom to propose and experiment with design approaches
• Budget for design tools, courses, and design community events
